I was just watching Guy (from Guy's big bite) talking about his favorite parts of his kitchen, and the thing that really caught my eye was that his kitchen faucet has a foot pedal so he can wash his hands without touching the faucet!

There are several models, the bottom one here is over $400, the top one a little over $100. I didn't think about it, but there are two so that you can have cold or hot or mixed water. There are several kinds- I found these by googling.
