No. My hubby would LOVE one, but we have never lived in a place where a basement was standard.

Yes.
We're situated on quite a steep hill, so we walk straight into the house at the front/upper floor, and walk up three step to get into the basement.

Yes, a full 1789 square feet basement that only has my crafts room built in it so far.
