Have you tried putting on some music?
Well yes i have done that in past. but honestly there are some days when that dosen't even really motavate me...so idk really what unless i put on a pot of coffee tomorow(well technically today) after ds leaves and just tell myself i can't stop until it's all done...
but ya know i'm honestly wandering if my problem with not being is depression... idk, though and can't afford anymore doctors...
oh well thanks for the reply....
What about just getting up and start cleaning. I have found that sometimes if I just get up and do it, my body and mind finds that motivation I need to finish and get things the way they need to get.
hmmm well idk i might have to try that in a few hours after everyone gets up... but first i need to get a few hours of sleep...
well thanks ladies, i'm off to bed now that my tummy has calmed down alot!

I like to set my timer for a short period of time...10-15 minutes. Then I tell myself I can take a short break and do it all over again. Once I see some type of progress I get a little more motivated. :)
i set my timer for about 15 to 20 minutes and see how much i can get done in that amount of time and then i take a break and then do it again. i just do that until its all cleaned. hope that helps ya
When I need motivation I turn on music or set a timer, I have found once I get myself through at least 15 minutes, I normally just want to finish up : )
