If you successfully quit smoking, how did you do it - cold turkey? Hypnosis/meditation? The patch/lozenge/gum? Chantix/Zyban? Something else?
I'm trying to cut down while starting the patch (because I was smoking a pack a day, the QuitLine people told me it was smart and safe to use the patch while still smoking). July 15th will be my first day of no cigarettes at all (I will stay on the patch for the full program), and I am already losing my mind!
If you quit, how long did it take before you stopped having the desire to murder everyone around you?
If you want to quit or are trying/just getting started with quitting, do you want a quitting buddy or support partner?
