So I went to use brown sugar and its hard as a rock.. I used to just twist the bag and stack them... I'm thinking those plastic containers might be my only option?!!!
Bit you ladies come up with wonderful advice I thought I'd ask you :)

put it in a sealed container. However it still gets hard on occasion. Put a slice of bread in there. After a day, the bread will be hard as a rock and your brown sugar will be nice and fluffy.

Heres another one for brown sugar, they have these neat little things made out of teracota that you put in the container that work like the bread slice but you don't throw it away.
