grrr i pressed enter by mistake!!!

before

we got a loft bed. this is the same view as before, his dresser is hidden by the blanket

the spot that hidden behind the blanket where his dresser was in the first pic

under his loft bed. sorry about the full hamper!

his room is tiny. where there was 2 toy boxes in the first pic, there is now only 1. his room is tiny, 8X5. it's all the space i had to work with but it feels and looks much bigger now!

Awesome!  I bet the loft bed helps free up a lot of space.

it does. i was really on the fence about it because its 6 feet tall and i was afraid of ds falling, but he assured me "it'll be ok mom, the carpet is right here if i fall". lol this kid kills me sometimes. the reason i moved his dresser was to keep the bed from moving too. i looked for brakets but i couldn't find any that wouldn't have to be drilled into the bed. ds picked out where everything else went. now his room is roomy and nice

My son has a loft bed. It saves so much space and he loves doing his homework at the desk.

It really does! I'm very excited about this. Ds will only be coloring at his dest for now, he's only 6 so no homework yet.

I've been working on re-doing our whole apt too, it's really small so I'm using underbed storage, and I have gotten rid of so much stuff. Everything has a place now, some too high for my liking but I work around it with chairs and a step stool.

Awesome!!  Bet he loves it.

We got our DS a loft bed last summer.  I has a desk and dresser built in and a storage area in the back.
