Do you save "everything" that you think has some kind of sentimental value, be it from your children or your own personal life, no matter what it looks like. I can see holding on to the nice things that represent a meaning, even if they aren't perfect looking, but it's the battered old things that you can no longer remember why you saved it. And worse yet, you keep all these things in an old bin that you constantly fill but never go thru. Like greeting cards, if you hold on to every one of them eventually you'll have a few hundred by the time your child is grown. Do you think your adult son or daughter will really want a few hundred cards? Or how about all the cards you received at your wedding? Is it really worth saving all this stuff?
