Getting Rid of Diaper Pail Smell!

I saw online somewhere that Tea Tree Oil will eliminate smelly diaper odors. I had some and decided to try it. My son is 9 and disabled, so still wears diapers. I have a trash can with automatic no touch lid that slides open and closed with a sensor. It's a bit of a pain to change the bag, so I only like to do it once a week. I just sprinkled a little of the Tea Tree Oil over the dirty diapers every other day and it completely eliminates any smells, except for that of the oil. Best new thing I have learned all year!...LOL

there is a cloth diaper spray that you can buy spray it over each diaper before you put it in the pail. baking soda at the bottom of the bag.. or a freshener, put the pail in the garage maybe so it won't be soo strong?
