What is a chore chat?  I used to have a chore chat for my kids where they could earn money for doing their chores and at the end of the week, they could count up all the stars they earned on their chore chart and I will pay them (used to be no more than $5 max).  Chores could be taking out the garbage or recycling, giving the dog food and water, making their bed, keeping their room tidy, putting their shoes and and coats in the proper place when they get home from school, getting their snacks ready for school, etc. Hope this helps.

We have the magnetic Melissa and Doug one. Tia loves the smiley face magnets. I have a "magic bag of tricks" that I use for prizes. It contains shopkins, Hello kitty and My little pony toys, magic clip dolls and some gummy snacks. Her prize is always a surprise.
