Lunch: Baked potato, corn on the cob, pasta salad, seven bean salad
Dinner: Cheesy potato soup, bread bowl, arugula salad
Snack: Elephant ear, coconut mocha frappuchino
breakfast- a burrito
lunch- ham& cheese sandwich
dinner- vegetable lasagne
bad thing- pretzel m&ms
My total calories for the day were 1191. I burned 1501 calories.
Breakfast: 1 cup milk and 1 rice cake
Lunch: half low sodium turkey and cheese sandwich and pretzel sticks
Dinner: spaghetti w/ meatsauce and 1/2 piece sourdough bread
Snacks: 1 rice krispie treat
Well, for today, I have eaten bran flakes. Coffee.
I've yet to eat lunch and dinner.
