I'll be heading to weight training for a few in a few. 35 lb. lifts for each arm.
I ran 2 miles on Saturday--trying to prepare for my first 5K in April. I am NOT a runner, but I WILL do this thing!! ;)

I'm more about intense for a few minutes than low level for a long time. I just don't have the spare time to exercise for 30 or more minutes a day.

It's associated with the Illinois Marathon, but I don't know if the 5K part will be televised. I hadn't thought about that. Kinda scary! LOL
