This morning did Week 2 Day 1 of Ripped In 30. It is so awesome! Had to start with the beginner modifier. Still kicked my butt!!

Dh cleaned out the garage while on his vacation and made it into a little workout area. Yay!!! So there's a treadmill, bike, situp bench, free weights, bosu ball, resistance band and a boflex. It's all been in the garage just not put together nice n neat:)

This morning worked out to Ripped in 30 Week 2 Day 2 still did modifier version on most of the strength & abs exercises! Then after coming back home from the library dh & i made lovins :-)

I walked around wal-mart today while I was waiting on scripts to be filled.
