I started really changing my eating habits in January to lose weight.  After my body got used to that I started incorporating the Insanity workout.  I had to do it every other day at first and then I got to the point where I could do it and make it through the workouts!  I incorporated running and Sept. 22 I will be running my first 5K.  I grew up a swimmer and never a runner.  I had to gradually train myself to run.  Yesterday I logged 4 miles and have decided to start training for a marathon!  So far I have dropped 52 pounds!
