Yesterday I jog for 11/2 hr,getting ready for 10k marathon I'm running on Feb. I sometimes combine with 30 min.pilates.

I work 6 or 7x's a week! Scouts honor! We have a home gym elliptical, bike&bowflex. I attend Zumba classes 3x's a week! Sometimes I do a couple of extra cardio workouts! I do the bike before Zumba to warm up! No matter what I do Bowflex daily! I use a weight ball for squats&core exercise. Sometimes I do Zumba kinect or Dance Central!

I made homemade sauerkraut today.  Last time I kneeded bread, I really felt it in my abs the next day.  I'm betting I'll feel the sauerkraut kneeding, too.

It is, but I saw almost instant results in my stamina, strength, and recovery time.
