I guess I didn't work hard enough kneeding the sauerkraut.  My abs are not sore today...

Yeah.  I miss the workout that I got when making regular bread.  Gluten free bread is way too easy on the body to make =)

I am currently working out to P90X. I have also completed the Insanity workout. That one was a great workout! Check out my success weight loss pic with Insanity.

For me its hard to find time to work-out b/c of all the kids and my 3 yr old gets to where sometimes she doesnt want to take a nap, but usually I work out to the "Active 2" game on the Playststion 3 I am def. Gonna start back up on Monday!!- Just need the modivation i guess ...
