 Didn't get to go to the gym yesterday, and can't go tomorrow, so I went this morning. I really try to keep up the Mon, Wed, Fri routine, but this is better than nothing.

    Walked around Montezuma Castle and then went to Montezuma Well  in AZ.  Also did 20 sit-ups.  Montezuma Castle is a 1/3 mile trail and Montezuma Well is 1/2 mile walk.  Took about an hour to complete Montezuma Well walk.

    I did get a 5 dvd set from weight watchers for Christmas. I can't wait to try it out tho!

    I actually do a little bit of walking and a little bit of squats with my supplements it has been awesome and working so far!

     At the gym for a workout this morning. It's hard to fit this in, but I feel so much better when I do it regularly.
