Instead of Ripped In 30 Week 4 i did just now Fit In Six Wii Game Cardio Dance Warm Up 1 and Beach Workout total of 44 minutes.

20 minutes of Jillian Michaels Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. Stopped doing ripped in 30 and will go back to it when i am in better shape for it!
