Share what you're eating through out the day. They say if you right it down and are more aware of what you eat the better you will eat.

Plus its a great way to get recipes and new ideas!

4/1 breakfast:  sweet potato pancakes, a fried egg, veggie juice, mug of black tea

4/1 breakfast: gluten-free "frosted flakes" with coconut milk. I added raisins and almonds. Still hungry...

Breakfast was two eggs over medium in coconut oil, mocha coffee-2 tsp of taster's choice french roast, 2 Tbsp of equal exchange organic hot cocoa mix, and 1/2 cup of stoneyfield organics half & half
Lunch: Freschetta 4 cheese pizza which i nearly burnt & fat franks hot dogs
Dinner: Fat Franks hot dogs, steamed broccoli, watercress, carrots, sugar snap peas, cottage cheese, & whole wheat spaghetti & sauce

Breakfast: kellog's krave cereal & 1/2 cup market basket organic whole milk. After exercising had a cup of chocolate milk- organic whole milk and 2 Tbsp of Nesquik chocolate powder mix.
