Breakfast was two eggs over medium in coconut oil, mocha coffee-2 tsp of taster's choice french roast, 2 Tbsp of equal exchange organic hot cocoa mix, and 1/2 cup of stoneyfield organics half & half
Lunch: Freschetta 4 cheese pizza which i nearly burnt & fat franks hot dogs
Dinner: Fat Franks hot dogs, steamed broccoli, watercress, carrots, sugar snap peas, cottage cheese, & whole wheat spaghetti & sauce

Breakfast: kellog's krave cereal & 1/2 cup market basket organic whole milk. After exercising had a cup of chocolate milk- organic whole milk and 2 Tbsp of Nesquik chocolate powder mix.
