So I saw a recipe online yesterday (a local health food store) that looked interesting. I love to try juices & lemon so thought I'd give it a try.
I juiced fresh ginger root (2 med pieces) 1 lemon (peeled) and 2 apples.
They said play with the recipe till you get one to suit your palet.
I drank a coffee cup (about 1/2 full) and I have not been hungry all day! WOW
It's a cleansing drink, didn't read anything that said it would curb your hunger (??)
It was good, really smelled good....mmmm love ginger!
