I have been making my own cleaners for several years.

I REALLY hope this thread doesn't turn into a sales pitch for someone's MLM

I totally use simple green undiluted. If you let it sit, it cleans grout really well! My house is chemical world.

We're given the choice of what to buy; I think I'd have a problem if I was told what was "allowed" or "not allowed."  It's our responsibility to educate ourselves, like you've done, and make the decision of what's right for our family.

Knowledge is POWER! Thanks CPSMom!
Every time we buy something we are voting with our wallets, whether it is a household cleaners or our food. When we take a minute to read the ingredients or think about how the product could affect our family, we become  more informed "voters".
As moms (aka the purchasers of  most groceries in the house) we wield incredible power over what stays in the stores and what does not. Choose wisely!  It really does make a difference.
