Umm...honestly, I'm going to go with vegetables. I'm not a sugar person, and alot of times the sugar in fruit is too much. Also, vegetables are easier to prepare than fruits, imo. And I'm lazy. I can throw some veggies in with whatever I'm making for dinner, but I actually have to peel and cut fruits. Too much work, most of the time. I'm trying to get out of that, but it's taking a bit.
Vegetables. I'm another one that doesn't care for all the sugar and I need to keep it out of my diet. I find veggies have a greater versatility than fruit. We still eat some fruit, but fruit makes up only 10% or so of my produce purchases.
