Some essential health care tips for children which you can follow to ensure healthy living for them.

1.       Serve your kids with the breakfast which is heavy and well balanced.
2.       Avoid the habit of developing soft drinks and sodas.
3.       Include daily outdoor activities and exercises and minimize the time for television and video games.
4.       Educate them for  good hygiene activities that includes washing hands with soap and water after using restrooms, after coming from outside, before and after a meal.
5.       Have your kids at least 9 hours of sleep daily.

Great tips! I agree with the tips to induce hand washing  before eating and after using the restroom and after coughing, sneezing or blowing their nose. We should also encourage our child to cough or sneeze into a tissue or shirt sleeve.
