It seems like its in a lot of foods. Is there really a way to avoid it?

If you don't buy anything boxed from the store, I'm sure. If you get something that has it, try and find some with the least amount.
yup we cut all hfcs and numbers and colors from our diet because my middle soon is very sensitive to . there is a way just read labels and eat clean

Yes. Buy whole foods and cook from scratch.
I guess I need to look into a new store in the city. At least there I have options for organic and stuff like that.

I never buy anything that has it. Gotta watch DH, though, or he will... he's not as avid a label-reader as I am.
