A young woman that I haven't seen in a few months stopped in today, took one look at me, and the first thing she said was "You've lost weight!"
I have done more toning up than losing weight, but it's very satisfying and encouraging that SOMEONE finally noticed!

It does feel good when someone notices! What's not so good is when nothing has changed and people make a comment. It makes me wonder if I looked worse before!
