We don't drink it. Dh takes gatorade to work,but he is in the sun 80% of his work day, but we have been chewing over buying him smart water.
Isolated vitamins aren't as useful to the body as they are the way found in nature. There are too many ingredients in this that I don't recognize, so it'd be a no go here. I make my own "gatorade" when needed thoug.
Lots of chemicals on the list of ingredients... If you hate the taste of water... there are some other alternatives to flavor your water.
Seems like there's a lot of good stuff in there. Does it have caffeine? I always get confused when I see ginseng... ginseng doesn't have caffeine, right?
