I just started my Foundation's class today and holy cow. Very intense but well worth it. I am probably in the worse shape I have ever been in and I really like this already. Great workout.
I've done CrossFit before, it's fun, but definitely intense. I like the group aspect, but as far as getting there enough to make it effective (with little ones at home) it just wasn't happening. The nearest gym for me is about 20m away, so commiting to that is hard for me. I do best just getting my killer workout in at home!!
