So I started on orlistat 120mg. and I am on my last week, I did get all the side effects but haven't lost 1 pound nothing. I did read the reviews and mostly were very encouraging, but should i keep using it maybe a while longer or it's just another scam like all the others? Need advice and thanks

Did you follow the dieting/exercise advice?  Personally, I never choose man made meds when there's a real food option.  Maybe more info on why you started taking it would help group members to help you.

Orlistat is the main ingredient in the pill Xenical or Alli, mine is of another brand. I hit a plateau and are not losing the weight, and it is said that this pill will help. But thanks anyways for the replies.
