I was bad today! Bfast, two eggs, milk.
lunch-peas, chicken breast, two pieces of bread. Milk.
dinner-HOTDOGS! Non whole wheat buns (I know, bad) and ketchup.
Snack-bowl of wheaties. Milk with it.
