"The scale tells you nothing about yourself- other than indicating your relationship with gravity, which is not relative to WHO you are, WHAT you're capable of, and WHERE you're headed. Stop focusing on some number next to your toes and start focusing on healthy behaviors. Stress management | 8+ Hours of sleep | Clean, whole foods | vitamin D & Sunshine | Time with friends | skip the cleaning and wrestle with your kids | Belly breathing | Self love.

Instead of reminding yourself of all the things you want to change, remind yourself of all the things you LOVE about your life, your family, yourSELF. xoxo" -- Sara Gustafson Eye

:) (I weigh myself every weekend at my moms, I don't own a scale) but the number only matters right now since trying to lose baby weight, besides that I agree be happy with you

I stopped weighing myself. I found it more of a disappointment when the numbers didn't go down. I'm a stress eater so it always made me eat more. I've gotten back in the size I wanted to so there for I've reached my goal and I concentrate on that.

This is a great idea for those who fret about the number on the scale, and get disappointed when it's not going down.  It helps me stay disciplined and on track.
