Do you use it, specifically Braggs unfltered ACV?  Have you noticed any benefits?

I use it on my veggies at lunch and dinner every day. Using that along with other changes has helped me lose 20 lbs since Aug. 5. I also think its helped my digestion.

Ive not drank it but I know it's good for you and has tons of uses.
On another note where would you order kombusha to start with? We drank the tea as kids and loved it.

I have not been happy with what I have ordered online this time around. I am planning on buying some raw kombucha with the "strings" of aminos in it and putting it in a mason jar with cheesecloth on top in order to hopefully grow a scoby from which I can make my own kombucha again.

There used to be a site where people would send a scoby and mother tea for free.  My kombucha lasted years on that one initial scoby but I had to move and it didn't make the move.

Yes - it got rid of my systemic yeast issues.  And I use Bragg's.

I haven't heard if it. I use regular ACV for cooking.
