Hello everyone. I am new to this group. I joined in hopes I could get some tips/advice on weight GAIN.
I am 23 and have had trouble maintaining weight for as long as I can remember. I am 5'6 and only weigh 90 lbs. The most I have ever weighed was when I was pregnant (of course!) I get comments constantly on how i need to eat more and ppl thinking i am anorexic. I am eating 6-7 meals a day and i feel as though all I do is eat. Yet I still dont gain. I have no energy and just feel blah all the time. I am lost as to what to do. So if any of you have any ideas I would GREATLY appreciate it. TIA!
