Okay, realistically, here's what I do:
jog to the barn in the morning and evening to do barn chores instead of walking out there
exercise 5 to 6 days a week: 30 minutes on the crosstrainer followed by weights 3x week OR Insanity workout
daily household chores keep me moving
in the summer I have 2000 square feet of garden to care for
swimming, soccer, biking, jogging, ride horse (warmer weather)
shovel show, cross country ski (snowy weather)
I workout twice a day six days a week by doing: weightlifting, running, kickboxing, and Zumba.
I love my podaegi for older babies and toddlers and my gauze wrap for little infants. I've been known to wear more than 1 at the same time =)
