Do you exercise? How do you make time for it?
6 days a week. I do it after my coffee and breakfast. Right now I just finished my 2nd week of Insanity. I am doing it to give me a change up from the same ole', same ole'.
4-5 days a week, Early in the morning, I found some free workouts on on demand...
yes, i walk every day and i use the gym at work during my lunch time
I usually go walking a couple times a week at the track at the school by my house. Other than that no other type of exercise.
Yes, twice a day, six days a week. Mon, Wed, and Fri. morning are my weightlifting days. Tue, Thur, and Sat morning are my cardio morning (running, walking, or elliptical). Mon and Wed night - kickboxing. Tue and Thur night - Zumba. Fri and Sat night cardio (running, walking, or elliptical).
Yes! If I go more than two days without exercising, my depression kicks in again. So I have huge motivation for exercising.
Also, my weight is good, but my body fat percentage is high. Trying to change that!!
Yes! We usually walk after dinner.
