This was super yummy! My husband really liked it and called it "restaurant quality". :) This is a family friendly recipe. I served it to our young kids, and they ate it as well. It does have some hot spices to it, but they get downplayed by the sweet pomegranate juice. I served it with a side of roasted sweet potatoes and some green beans. This was delicious, and I will make it again. I would stick to closer to 4 hours of cook time. The recipe says 4-6, but the 5.5 hours I did was borderline overcooked. So, I would check at 4 hours and see where it is at.
