I *try* to watch what I eat.
I don't count calories at all. I just make sure I'm eating healthy food.
I've gone both routes. Right now, I watch my calories, because exercise is difficult. Once I am able to exercise again, I'll log for a while, then switch to just watching what I eat. I've lost the weight before without alot of calorie counting, so I know I can do it.
