Does anyone use essential oils? I like to use lemongrass oil and lavender. Lavender is a nice alternative to diaper rash cream and I also add it to my moisturizer. Lemongrass oil makes my car smell alot better. ;]

No, but I've been wanting to soon. I need to learn a lot about them for when I'm acting as a doula.

Any cool tips or oils you prefer? I'm just starting out with oils.

I actually need to go get some Lavender, Eucalyptis, and....one other that I cannot remember at the moment. haha Peppermint? Maybe? Well, nonetheless, thank you for reminding me!

Use high quality essential oils for number one..I see you use DoTerra..I use Young Living:) I have def noticed a difference since switching from store brands..of course Lavender is my fav...my son got his thumb smashed is a door and his nail ripped off...I used a blend called PanAway and he said the pain stopped..it also healed it up pretty quick..I have pretty much replaced any OTC with the essential oils:)

Oh and also it's always good to have a reference book..that way you can quickly look up what you need the essential oils for:)
