I never thought of it that way. Just thought of it as another "healthier" way to make meat (or veggies even) rather than frying, or something else to do. I was watching some food video on Netflix last night and they mentioned that it's bad for you because of all the chemicals. I never even thought of that.

So. To grill or not to grill? That, is the question.

Do you grill? If not, did you and did you stop for such a reason?

When you grill, if the meat chars the charred part has been found to contain many carcinogens.

We grill all the time.When we make hambs we combine beef and turkey

We grill ours is propane I would like to have a charcoal grill too

 Cooking with charcoal and using lighter fluid and be bad, and cooking over direct heat can cause charring of the meat, and therefor carcinogens. We use propane gas, which burns clean, and we use indirect heat, which I feel is better also for the taste and texture of the food.
