Crock Pot Spicy Beans and Turkey Sausage

This was really delicious. I know it says "spicy" in the title, but that can be misleading. It does not have to be spicy, if you don't want it to be. The "sauce" is a mixture of salsa and water. So if you want to serve it to toddlers/kids, you can go with a mild salsa to spare them the spice. If your family likes hot foods, go ahead and try the hot salsa. It's your choice. I just thought I'd point that out so you don't read the title and think your family won't eat it (if they don't do spicy). You can serve it as it is in the photo... or another option would be to put some white rice in a bowl and pour this over the top.

Here is the recipe:

O wow, that looks so good. I could stand a bowl of it spicy right now as cold as I am.

Thanks for sharing and your babies are so adorable.
