Anyone a Vegetarian? If so can you recommend a good cook book for everyday families......?

Not a problem at all :) I keep recipes together so they are easy to find when I want them!

It feels overwhelming at first but eventually it is just normal!

Yes, I like to eat about 50% if not more.  I live on the East Coast so the tiimes I eat more raw is in the Spring and Summer months.

I'm a vegetarian!

My absolute favorite book that helped me make the initial transition is called The Essential Vegetarian.

Here are also my favorite blogs (they are vegan, but still yummy!):
