what do you do to stay in shape or what are you doing to get into shape?
Walking daily and strength/ circuit train every other day then the days I don't strength train I do a 25 minute interval workout
I cut out salt and hot chocolate. I cut out sugar. I excercise 3-5 days a week (though I'm trying to do it 7 days a week). Eagle is a bit annoyed with me that I rarely use my machine he bought me November 2010. I need to use that more. I'm watching my portion control.

I ate a lot when I was breastfeeding my boys too.
I workout 3-4 days a week. Normally 2 days full body strength training, 1 circuit and 1 cardio. The cardio is optional though. Only if I feel like working out the 4th day. I use DVDs at home.
