what do you do to stay in shape or what are you doing to get into shape?

I have a 3 month old daughter and every day I go for a 30 minute stroller ride out side or at the malland every ogher day I do weight and ststrength training. Breast feeding makes me eat like crazy so I eat very healthy low calorie foods since I eat a lot lol.

no sodas, more fish, veggies, fruits, no junk foods, home cooked food, no fried food and etc...

Eating more veggies/ home cooked healthy meals
Walking daily and strength/ circuit train every other day then the days I don't strength train I do a 25 minute interval workout

I cut out salt and hot chocolate.  I cut out sugar.  I excercise 3-5 days a week (though I'm trying to do it 7 days a week).  Eagle is a bit annoyed with me that I rarely use my machine he bought me November 2010.  I need to use that more.  I'm watching my portion control.

I ate a lot when I was breastfeeding my boys too.

I workout 3-4 days a week. Normally 2 days full body strength training, 1 circuit and 1 cardio. The cardio is optional though. Only if I feel like working out the 4th day. I use DVDs at home.

I also track everything I eat on myfitnesspal.com.

eat clean and workout 5-6 days a week (crossfit, spin)
