What are your favorite things to snack on?

Inbetween meals it is okay to have a snack. Just make sure it is the right one. Enjoy two of these snacks per day (150 calories each) and swap a treat for a snack occasionally when a craving hits.

I rarely snack but when I do it's usually sunflower seeds &/or nuts or a Granny Smith apple.

If I need a snack before bed, I'll have cottage cheese, maybe some raisins with it.
