My family eats little processed foods and as much organic as possible. We avoid gluten and dairy as well as food dyes, preservatives, chemicals, additives, soy, and now we are working on cutting corn out.

I am grain-free, mostly dairy-free, legume-free, whole foods organic....a.k.a. paleo/primal or hunter-gatherer diet.

I have to keep it low-carb for my health.

My special diet is to not diet at all. Bt diet I mean anything restrictive. Did you know that low-calorie diet can really hurt your metabolism and eventually make you fatter in long term?

We do organic, non-gmo, whole foods, living foods, real food, vegan, vegetarian, paleo, grain free, whatever . . .basically foods that are as close to the earth as possible and minimally processed.

We are dairy free, whole foods and as much organic as possible. We don't do processed foods/chemicals. We do vegan meals a lot. We definitely aren't believers in the low-carb trend. We eat a lot of fruit/raw food as well.
