Maker's diet - biblically based diet. Clean meats, properly raised & butchered. Raw/organic dairy, organic fruits & veggies. Soaked, sprouted or whole grains. Limited sugar, mainly honey & maple syrup. No veggie oil, just butter & coconut oil mainly.
I follow this 90% of the time..

I eat low fat chicken tenderloins, white fish, shrimp, egg whites, wheat free, dairy free, sugar free, lots of the lowest carb fresh veggies & fruits.

I'm on weight watchers. We eat alot of fruits and veggies, and are working on cutting out dairy.
