I did this at my health club on the incline treadmill for about 50 minutes.
I do a mixture. I walk at lunch (ranges 180-210 calories) and I usually hit the gym in the morning (215-260). On Wednesdays I also jog/sprint hills (150-200). On a good weekday when I've done all my walking/gyming I burng about 450 calories. On Saturday I try to burn about 500 calories at the gym.
I aim to burn 500 per day at the gym, I workout 4-6 days per week.
I walk at least 5 km a day and try not to overeat meat, chocolate and such.
