Mine is to :

  • Drink more water
  • Work out at least 2 more mini workouts before the weekend is over
  • resume taking my vitamin & supplements but spread them out ( i am finding out that when you take them all at once they get flushed out more easily from your system if you stagger them your body retains more) Not sure if its true but going to give a go a while

Recently have started walking 10 minutes a day. I have replaced my eating pattern with more healthy food including green vegetables consiously. The best thing is I am now enjoying it.
