breakfast – farmer's skillet breakfast, juice

lunch – soup & salad

dinner – chicken asparagus roll-ups, glazed carrots

I only eat Special K. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everyday. If I need a snack, it consist of a apple or some kind of fruit.

Um, why do you on eat Special K?

I had some yogurt and a small slice of gluten free homemade banana bread for breakfast (I think my friend used cinnamon in it and it is so good).

I will come back and update when I know about lunch and dinner.

eggos for breakfast, left over roast for lunch for me, spaghetti for dinner

I dropped 65 pds on Special K. I eat it now to maintain my weight. Plus..It taste great. I love it.

breakfast-we had biscuits, scrambled eggs and apples

Lunch, no clue

dinner-no clue.
