breakfast – grain-free banana waffles, cottage cheese w/blueberries

lunch – leftovers

dinner – chicken & rice, steamed broccoli & carrots

I had a muffin for breakfast with a cup of coffee. I am sure with lunch I will have some fresh vegetables. Dinner will be up to dh.

I didn't have time for breakfast and I haven't had lunch yet. Dinner will probably be spaghetti.

Had eggs and a slice of toast for breakfast.  I think lunch will be the leftovers from yesterday and dinner will be a stir fry.

I made a monkey bread late last night and picked on that all day! No real lunch. Tonight we're having tacos, mexican rice and a big salad. I've been trying to eat more salad and less everything else at dinner!

Lunch: Leftover Spaghetti

Dinner: Meatloaf

We had homemade chili for dinner.  Mmm!
