2 1/2 cups biscuit mix
2/3 cup milk
1 ( pound) package hot sausage at room temp.
1 green or red bell pepper, minced
in med. bowl, combine biscuit mix and milk and mix well.
divide dough into 3 parts. Roll each piece of dough into thin rectangle.
Crumble 1/3 sausage and minced pepper on each piece of dough and pat down.
roll up like jellyroll. cover with foil and chill over night. Slice into thin slices and bake at 375 for 15 to 20 mins.
I Never made this before.... Got it from my Grandmas church cookbook... She has her notes on the bottom of this.. she added cheese to it and was " a hit" as she put it.:O)
