Poodie (lol), you come up with the most marvelous ideas!  Are they tried-and-true or are you experimenting a lot?  Do you take a survey with your family and keep the good ones, ditch the flops?

And what the heck is naan?  Looks like a flattened chicken breast from here, but IDK...

 I've been trying a lot of new ones lately.  Most turn out pretty good.  I can pretty much look at a recipe and know if we'll like it.  They just sound right to me.  ;)

Naan is an Indian flatbread, tender and chewy and moist.  It makes a wonderful pizza crust.
