Cinco de Mayo Sausage Taco Bake
Serves 4
This salsa and cheese sausage casserole is easy to prepare and makes an excellent weeknight dinner option.
Ingredients
1 lb. Bob Evans® or Owens® Original or Zesty Hot Sausage Roll
1 (10.75 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
1 cup thick and chunky salsa
1/2 cup milk
6 flour tortillas (6 in.), cut into 1 in. pieces
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Methods/steps
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage until browned, stirring to separate. Drain. Add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas, and half the cheese and then spoon into 2-quart shallow baking dish. Cover. Bake for 30 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
